Our Executive Producer, Ted Sloan, has 20 years of experience in Hollywood including film, TV shows and branded content video production…Ted’s also an expert in small business and corporate video production as well as book trailers and animation. We have drone and helicopter video capture in our arsenal as well.

Scott Ragain
As CEO/Founder of EG Media Group, Scott oversees business growth, strategic partnerships, talent research, creative opportunities, and customer outreach.

Scott ensures the EG Media Group team remains true to our company motto to Create, Connect, & Convert. Many ask what the "E" and the "G" in our name stand for...Elbow Grease. We DO work hard, but we work SMART. With Ted Sloan, Scott researched the Indie Author space and integrated author/book marketing services onto the EG Media Group platform.

A former St. Louis City Police Officer, VP of an insurance brokerage company, big - box store manager, and radio show syndicator, Scott has extensive experience in problem solving, strategic partnerships, project management, talent identification, executive producing, and long & short-form content creation.
Theodore Sloan
With a career that has spanned over 2 decades, both coasts, and the Midwest, Theodore Sloan has experience in almost every aspect of video & television production.
His production and directing projects range from TV/Film - Hollywood Reality Shows - to high profile Corporate Commercials to Talent Negotiations/Network Negotiations.
Ted currently serves as EG Media Group President & Executive Producer. Ted oversees all project development and client communications, including TV/App TV show Pitches/Placement, Documentary Filming/Pitches, and Content Integration/Marketing. Ted brings creative concepts to LIFE.

Ted facilitates our online marketing and e-commerce work with clients.
Ted also spearheads the targeted, unique services we provide Indie Authors at both a national and international level.

Bill "Shoe" Smith
Bill Smith (“Shoe”) is our Creative Services Director. Bill's major-market radio background includes on-air, off-air production, post production, and has received numerous media awards and accolades. He's taken that strong production and creative background to new heights in the podcasting and vid-casting market space, again receiving several awards and accolades developing shows and their talent to five-star reviews and millions of downloads.

On top of his prodigious production talent, Bill is adept at coaching podcast/radio talent and creating a work environment wherein talent is relaxed and confident. He can take a podcast that needs a lot of work and turn it into an engaging, captivating and entertaining program. He's just 'that guy'.
Dave Domzalski
EGMG team member, Publicity expert, Dave Domzalski, spent ten years developing his successful online brand. As a freelance writer, his articles have been featured in Forbes, AOL, MSN, NASDAQ and YAHOO.

Dustin Lippert
The decision to add Dustin to our team was an easy one. Dustin ROCKS!
Dustin grew up writing books, producing his own short films, and exploring design. After graduating with his Masters in Design, he spent the last five years developing his understanding of business, solving visible and invisible problems, studying systems design, and working to incorporate the principles of design across every aspect of life including his habit building.
As a designer, he’s created branding and identity systems for several $5million-$600million dollar businesses, executed collateral packages for entrepreneurs, regional and national brands.

He has partnered with architectural firms, IT departments, interior design teams, and tech teams to implement brand assets across various medium including print and digital and environmental products.
